Our meals

Our meals are mostly "one pot wonder" style with protein, carbs and vegetables all included. At this stage one menu item is freshly cooked each Monday and Wednesday, and refrigerated for pick up. Other items are available frozen.

Reheat by preferred method. Provided containers suitable for microwave only.

Packaging

In line with our commmitment to sustainability we avoid single use packaging. Individual fresh meal servings are provided in sistema containers which can be returned (clean please!) at your next pick up to be sterilised for future reuse.

When ordering you can choose return containers (no charge) or first time (50c per container). If you prefer a non returnable container you can select take away (80c per container). Depending on availability, there may be limited packaging options for frozen meals.

Ordering, pick up & payment

At present meals are available for pick up only, 5-7pm Mondays and Wednesdays. Delivery options may be offered in future.

You can pre-order online or walk in (while stocks last).

Pay by credit or debit card online or eftpos in-store.
