Packaging
In line with our commmitment to sustainability we encourage reuse of packaging, but we realise some customers prefer not to have to return containers. At check out just indicate if you plan to return the container. A 50c charge applies if not returning. We try to match our sistema containers with reuse customers and takeaway style with those who don't intend to return the container but it will depend on stock available. Which ever container you end up with we will gladly take it back next time you come. All containers are sterilised and food safe.

Ingredients and allergens
The online descriptions for each meal list ingredients and identify allergens. Click below for a handy summary of which meals have key allergens and to access the menu by dietary category.

Storage, thawing, reheating
Keep your fresh meal in the refrigerator. Eat or freeze within 4 days (2 days for rice dishes). We recommend you use frozen meals within 6 months.
Thaw your meals in the fridge, on the bench for up to 4 hours, or in the microwave (for immediate use).
Reheat thawed meals in the microwave (in provided container with lid loosened, or your own) or the oven (in an oven proof dish not the provided plastic container) until piping hot right through.
